Will my medical certificate and licenses fit?
Yes — the Aviator Pro II is sized for standard FAA medical certificates, pilot licenses and a passport. The vast majority of medicals printed by doctors' offices fit as-is. For occasional oversize prints, you can trim outside the solid black border or fold along the dotted line. If you're unsure, email us before you order.
How does engraving work — and how long does it take?
We engrave each wallet in-house with a 30-watt laser on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently black is the only ink. Engraved orders typically arrive at your door in 7–10 days. Expedited shipping speeds up the carrier portion only — it does not move you ahead in the engraving queue.
Aviator Pro II or the P.I.C. — which one should I pick?
Size. The Aviator Pro II is the full-size solution: more storage, room for your passport, folds to the size of a passport. The P.I.C. folds down to credit-card size for a shirt pocket or small headset bag — but does not carry a passport. Most line pilots choose the Pro II.
What's covered by your warranty?
Five years from the date of purchase, against faults in materials and workmanship on the leather under normal use. Stitching, plastic inserts, intentional damage and stretching from over-stuffing are not covered. Hold on to your order number — that's your proof of purchase.
How do I care for the leather?
A soft cloth with a little mineral water is all you need — it lifts dirt and helps the leather retain its soft feel without leaving tap-water deposits. Avoid soaps, household chemicals and oils. If you really need a detergent, baby shampoo is the safest bet.

Designed in Chicago by a working pilot. Full-grain Vera Pelle from a family-owned tannery in Florence, Italy. Cut, skived and saddle-stitched by hand in our Warsaw atelier. Held and shipped to you from our Chicago distribution center — free shipping inside the US.
